Installation Services.
The Company will install solar panels at the location specified by the customer in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions. The Customer agrees to provide access to the installation site at the scheduled time and to ensure that the site is suitable for installation. The Company reserves the right to refuse installation if, upon inspection, the site is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for installation.
Ownership and Maintenance
Ownership of the solar panels transfers to the Customer upon completion of installation and receipt of full payment. The Customer is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the solar panels following installation. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or malfunction resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, or neglect of the solar panels by the Customer.
Payment
The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the installation of solar panels as specified in the contract. Payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company. Failure to make payment in a timely manner may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Warranty
The Company provides a [number]-year warranty on the installation of solar panels against defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or improper handling by the Customer.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate the contract upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, the Customer shall pay any outstanding amounts owed to the Company for services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law
